Welcome to Countless Creations. These Terms of Service apply to your use of our Squarespace website and purchases made through our online store. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
1. Our Store
Countless Creations is a Kentucky-based online store selling products to customers in the United States. Our website is hosted on Squarespace. Our products are made to order and may be produced and fulfilled through Printify and its third-party production partners. Countless Creations manages the storefront, product listings, customer communications, and applicable customer order obligations.
2. Products and Product Images
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, designs, and sizing information accurately. Product images and digital mockups are illustrative. Actual products may vary slightly in color, print placement, or appearance because of screen settings, materials, and production methods. Please review product details and sizing information carefully before ordering. Nothing in this section limits your rights if an item is defective or materially different from its description.
3. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. Orders are subject to acceptance and successful payment processing. We reserve the right to investigate or decline orders where there is suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, a fulfillment restriction, or another legitimate reason. If an order is canceled after payment, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our policies and applicable law. Prices, applicable taxes, and shipping charges will be presented at checkout as appropriate. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed when you place it, subject to correction of genuine errors and applicable law.
4. Made-to-Order Products
Many of our products are created specifically after an order is placed.Because production may begin shortly after checkout, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once it has entered production. Please double-check your selected size, color, design, quantity, and shipping address before completing your purchase. Nothing in this section removes cancellation or other rights required by applicable law.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.
Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges because of a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size or color.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery with your order number and supporting photos.
Eligible issues may qualify for a replacement or refund under our policy and the applicable fulfillment provider's procedures.
We do not require customers to return damaged or defective items before requesting assistance unless return instructions are specifically provided.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are produced and shipped through third-party fulfillment providers and shipping carriers.
Production generally takes approximately 2–7 business days, but actual timing varies. Shipping transit time is additional and depends on the selected shipping method, fulfillment provider, destination, and carrier.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the branding, original designs, graphics, text, logos, images, and digital designs and other creative content displayed is the property of Countless Creations and is owned by us our content suppliers or used with permission. Our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our content without authorization, except as permitted by law.
You may not submit content for printing that infringes another person's intellectual property rights or violates applicable law.
8. Acceptable Website Use
You agree not to use our website for unlawful activities, fraud, unauthorized access, interference with website operations, or infringement of another person's rights.
We may take reasonable steps to address misuse of our website, subject to applicable law.
9. Third-Party Services
We operate as a print-on-demand business. Our products are manufactured, printed, and shipped through Printify and its network of independent third-party print providers.
Production Times: Because items are custom-made on demand, production times are estimates and not guarantees.
Product Variations: You acknowledge that minor variations in design placement, print sizing, and color accuracy are normal characteristics of digital-to-garment (DTG) and custom printing processes.
Inventory Availability: Stock availability is managed by third-party providers and is subject to change without notice. If an item you order becomes unavailable, we will notify you to issue a refund or offer a substitute.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, In no case shall Countless Creations or partners (including Printify) be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the services or products procured using the service that are not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer protections and remedies for defective or misdescribed products.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Any dispute will be handled by a court or other forum with appropriate jurisdiction under applicable law.

We may update these terms as our business, services, or legal obligations change. The latest version will be posted on our website with a revised date.
